New Horizons is a learning center for adults and out-of-school youth. It is open to students looking to obtain their GED, work on their skills in adult basic education or learn English as a second language. Classes are available  during the daytime and at night. We offer:

- Open enrollment
- open 12 months a year
- Individualized instruction
- Work at your own pace
- Flexible hours
- GED exam preparation for out of school youth (age 16+)
- Counseling: educational and vocational
